Vice President

Dave joined Valor in 2026 as a Vice President on the Investment Team.

.Prior to joining Valor, he held finance leadership roles at deep-tech companies in the aerospace and defense industry. He was the first finance hire at Hadrian, where he stood up the company's finance, accounting, and analytics engineering departments. Earlier, he served on SpaceX's finance team, where he was responsible for budget planning for the Starship program and long-range strategic planning for the broader Launch business. Dave began his career in private equity at Odyssey Investment Partners and in investment banking at Citigroup's Global Industrials Group.

Dave's public sector experience includes serving as a Senior Advisor for the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he drove several technology modernization initiatives for the department.

Dave earned his B.B.A. in Management Information Systems and Finance from the University of Georgia.
