Senior Associate

Charlotte joined Valor in 2025 as a Senior Associate on the Investment Team.

Prior to joining Valor, Charlotte was a Private Equity Associate at Vista Equity Partners in the firm’s San Francisco office, where she evaluated software investments and supported portfolio companies across Vista’s three private equity funds.

Before Vista, Charlotte was an Investment Banking Analyst at Moelis & Company in Los Angeles, where she worked on M&A transactions across the media, entertainment, and consumer & retail sectors.

 Charlotte holds a B.A. from the University of Chicago, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude. She was also selected as a Student Marshal and named a Gary Becker Scholar..
