Emily Randecker

Senior Director

Emily joined Valor in 2025 and serves as a Senior Director on the Finance Team.

Prior to joining Valor, Emily was an SVP at Heitman, a leading global asset management firm. Emily has over thirteen years of experience leading the Financial Operations & Analysis team on the global real estate fund, including quarterly and annual financial and investor reporting, preparing, and reviewing property and debt valuations, projecting fund performance returns, assisting with annual budget and tax processes, and overseeing third-party service providers and fund operations. Emily also led several analytical projects to support Portfolio & Asset Management and Client Service & Marketing on fund strategy and portfolio management.

Emily earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Loras College.
