Diana Fitzgerald

Vice President

Diana joined Valor in 2026 as a Vice President on the Finance Team.

Prior to joining Valor, Diana was the CFO and CCO at Silver Oak Services Partners, a private equity fund in Evanston, IL, where she managed all aspects of the finance and compliance functions. Previously, Diana was the CFO of Aquatic Capital Management, a quantitative hedge fund in Chicago. Diana has also served in various senior roles at Magnetar Capital, Northern Trust Hedge Fund Services, Citadel Investment Group, and Fidelity Investments. She began her career at Arthur Andersen in their financial services audit practice. 

Diana holds a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
