Dharati joined Valor in 2025 as a Paralegal on the Legal Team.

Prior to joining Valor, Dharati was a Junior Paralegal at Loomis, Sayles & Company in Boston, where she supported the Legal Reporting and Proxy Voting teams on SEC filings, fund reporting, and proxy analyses incorporating ESG insights to support investment decisions. She also improved operational efficiency by streamlining proxy voting systems and enhancing legal workflows.

Dharati holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Management from the University of New Hampshire.
