Gwilherm Lebigot

Director

Gwilherm (“G”) joined Valor in 2026 as a Director in the Scale Group.

Prior to joining Valor, G spent over 20 years in different roles in program management, operations, and supply chain. He spent the first half of his career at electronic contract manufacturers, such as Flex., before making the switch to the ODM side. He then managed suppliers of various commodities, including electronics, batteries, optics, and CAPEX, from high mix low volume to low mix high volumes products in consumer and regulated markets. He also worked at JUUL Labs in the company’s early years.

He holds a Master in Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lyon in France.
