David Cwiertnia

Director

David joined Valor in 2025 and serves as a Director in Valor’s Scale Group Team.

Prior to joining Valor, David spent over 25 years in financial operations in the healthcare sector.  In this time, David gained experience in acquisition, sale, company turnarounds, and de novo start up processes across various service lines.  David became the Chief Financial Officer of Life Care Partners, a Valor Fund II portfolio company, and managed a successful exit in 2018.  David was also the Founder and President of the SolAmor Hospice Foundation from 2009 to 2013.

David has a B.S in Accounting from Arkansas State University and a B.A. in Criminal Justice from University of Arkansas Little Rock.
