Rachel joined Valor in 2025 and serves as an Events Specialist, supporting the execution of strategic events across the firm and its portfolio companies.

Before joining Valor, she oversaw national trade shows and internal programming for a biomedical device incubator in Silicon Valley, collaborating with nine portfolio companies. Her background spans human resources and operations, with a focus on logistics, vendor relationships, and experience driven event design.
