Adaline joined Valor in 2025 and serves as a Project Manager of Events on the Scale Group.

Prior to joining Valor, Adaline spent six years at Promus Holdings, a private equity firm in Chicago. At Promus, she led the marketing, branding, and execution of curated experiences for investors and portfolio company executives..

Adaline holds a B.A. in Marketing from Texas Christian University.
