Zachary Marciano

Analyst

Zach joined Valor in 2023 and serves as an Analyst on the Investment Team.

Prior to joining Valor, Zach spent a year working in South Africa and Kenya. In South Africa, he worked as an Analyst at Knife Capital, a leading venture fund focused on the African continent.

During his time in Kenya, Zach joined the financial services team at Wasoko - one of Africa’s fastest growing startups, where he helped launch new fintech products. Additionally, Zach interned on the capital markets co-investments team at KKR.

Zach holds a B.A. in Economics with a specialization in Business from the University of Chicago where he was appointed as a Student Marshal, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
