Xavier Agostino

Xavier joined Valor in 2026 as an Analyst on the Scale Group team.

Before Valor, Xavier was CTO of Harvard Student Agencies, where he rebuilt The Harvard Shop’s e-commerce platform on Shopify, a business generating over $1M in annual revenue and 750,000+ annual site sessions. He previously interned as a Data Engineer at FreightPlus, building ETL pipelines for freight rate compliance, and participated in Palantir’s Launch program, where he worked with other participants to build a vaccine distribution application on Foundry for diseases like COVID-19.

Xavier earned an A.B. in Computer Science from Harvard University, where he also played four years of Division I football.
