Will Zhang

Senior Director

Will rejoined Valor in 2026 and serves as Senior Director on the Scale Group Team. 

Will brings over 20 years of experience across operations, supply chain, and engineering, with a track record of driving value through continuous improvement, root-cause problem solving, and digital transformation. Prior to Valor, Will held leadership roles at global manufacturing and high-tech companies, including Trivium Packaging, Caraustar, Hubbell, Greif, and Silicon Graphics, where he led operational initiatives and performance improvements.

Will holds an M.B.A. in Operations and Supply Chain, an M.S. in Computer Engineering, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University.  In addition, he has completed executive education at the University of Chicago and MIT.
