Victoria joined Valor in 2026 as Personal Assistant in the Office of the CEO.

Prior to joining Valor, Victoria supported executives and principals in fast-paced, high-performance environments, managing complex priorities across business operations, strategic initiatives, and administrative functions.

Earlier in her career, Victoria held Human Resources and Operations leadership roles within the insurance and employee benefits industry, where she partnered closely with executive leadership on organizational management, workforce strategy, and business operations.

Victoria earned an M.B.A. and B.S. in International Business and Marketing from Canisius College.
