Katelyn Barger

Senior Finance Associate

Katelyn joined Valor in 2026 and serves as a Senior Finance Associate on the Finance Team.

Prior to joining Valor, Katelyn was a Senior Investment Accounting Associate at William Blair, where she spent five years working alongside the Emerging Market Debt Team and overseeing a range of investment accounting and financial reporting functions. Her responsibilities included complex reconciliations, audits, financial reporting, and client deliverables. Katelyn also served as a resource and mentor to team members, leveraging her expertise to improve processes and support the broader organization.

Katelyn is an honors graduate of the University of Arkansas, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance with minors in French and Marketing.
