Joe Schuster

Vice President of Talent

Joe joined Valor in 2026 as Vice President of Talent.

Prior to joining Valor, Joe built his career across executive search and assessment, strategy consulting, and in-house talent leadership. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Talent at Tide Rock, a lower-middle market investment firm, where he led talent and hiring initiatives at the firm and portfolio level. Earlier in his career, he was an Executive Search Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates and a Strategy Consultant at Bain & Company.

Joe earned a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is also a certified Hogan Assessment practitioner.
