Joanne Braidi

Managing Director

Joanne joined Valor in 2026 and serves as a Managing Director on the Investor Relations team, focusing on investor coverage across Asia-Pacific.

Prior to Valor, Joanne spent over a decade in Investment Banking, most recently as a Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance team at Goldman Sachs. Joanne advised corporates and private equity clients on capital structure and financing strategies. She has executed a broad range of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, M&A financings, and capital raises primarily across the Technology, Media & Telecom and Healthcare sectors.

Joanne holds a Masters in Management from London Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
