Emily Kerns

Assistant Corporate Controller

Emily joined Valor in 2025 as an Assistant Controller on the Finance Team.

 Prior to joining Valor, Emily was the Director of Accounting at North Park Ventures (“NPV”). At NPV, Emily built and implemented all accounting processes and oversaw financial reporting for a real estate portfolio and its management company.

 Emily earned a B.S. in Accounting from The Ohio State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Illinois.
