Edward Kusiak

Associate

Edward joined Valor in 2026 as an Associate on the Scale Group team.

Prior to joining Valor, Edward served as Manager of Strategy and Operations at GoHealth, where he led workflow redesign and operational excellence efforts.  Earlier in his career, he worked as an Industrial Engineering Supervisor at United Parcel Service, leading root cause analyses and process optimization initiatives.

Edward holds a Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, where he graduated with high distinction.
