Daniel Bang

Associate

Daniel joined Valor in 2026 and serves as an Associate on the Investment Team.

Prior to joining Valor, Daniel was an Investment Banking Associate in Goldman Sachs’ Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group in New York, where he advised public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on the internet, semiconductor and robotics sectors. He previously worked in Goldman Sachs’ Sydney office, advising clients across the industrials, consumer, healthcare and technology sectors on M&A, equity and debt transactions. While at Goldman Sachs, Daniel was also a member of the winning team in the firm’s ninth annual Goldman Sachs Gives Analyst Impact Fund competition.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Advanced Studies from the University of Sydney, where he majored in Finance and Economics and was awarded an Academic Merit Prize.
