Chris Cavoli joined Valor in 2025.  Before joining the firm, he spent thirty-eight years as a US Army officer, retiring as a four-star general.  He was commissioned in the Infantry, and commanded troops at every possible level, in peacetime, on operations, and in combat.  His final posting was as the Supreme Allied Commander Europe, where he was responsible for all NATO operations.  Chris was also a trained specialist in Russian affairs, and served in numerous related postings in the US and abroad.  He holds degrees from Princeton and Yale and has been decorated by numerous governments throughout the world.  He is married, and the proud father of two grown sons.
