Vice President

Arun joined Valor in 2025 and serves as Vice President on the Research Team within the Investment group.

 Prior to Valor, Arun was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising clients across energy and utilities, financial services, software, manufacturing, aerospace, and private equity on strategy, due diligence, growth, and AI topics. He also contributed to the McKinsey Global Institute’s Technology Council, developing perspectives on emerging technologies across the AI value chain, agentic AI systems, and the global impact of AI on R&D and productivity.

 Arun holds an MPhil and PhD from Columbia University with a focus on generative AI, an M.S. in Computer Science and Biomedical Engineering, and a BA in Computational Neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University.
