Andrew Tavares

Finance Associate

Andrew joined Valor in 2025 and serves as a Finance Associate on the Finance Team. 

 Prior to joining Valor, Andrew was a Senior Tax Associate at Andersen in the Private Client Services group, providing comprehensive tax, compliance, advisory, and wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and partnerships. 

 Andrew holds a dual Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Information Systems, and a minor in History, from Loyola University Chicago.
