Thomas Garity

Analyst

Thomas Garity joined Valor in 2025 and serves as an Analyst on the Scale Group team.

Prior to joining Valor, Thomas was an Associate Consultant Intern at Bain & Company in New York. While an undergraduate at Harvard, he managed The Harvard Shop, the university’s student-run retail business.

Thomas holds a B.A. Cum Laude in Computer Science from Harvard University, where he conducted research on visual systems in artificial intelligence.
