McKinsey joined Valor in 2026 as a Director on the Scale Group Team.

Prior to joining Valor, McKinsey led CPQ and revenue systems implementations for B2B companies at DealHub, guiding customers through complex configure-price-quote deployments and Salesforce CPQ migrations. She held two tenures at Salesforce in enablement operations, supporting GTM teams with systems, processes, and training. At Mode Analytics, she served as RevOps lead, overseeing go-to-market operations across deal desk, systems management, data hygiene, reporting, and process improvement.

McKinsey holds a B.A. in Political Science, Law & Theory from California State University, Chico and is a Salesforce Certified Administrator.
