Vice President

Miki joined Valor in 2017 and serves as a Vice President in the operations group.

Prior to joining Valor, Miki worked in a variety of capacities at Tesla, holding numerous positions spanning the company’s sales and operations functions. She helped pioneer Tesla’s early sales model and trained new sales recruits across North America during a period of rapid retail expansion. Most recently, Miki served as Director of Worldwide Deliveries. In this role, she grew a small, local team into a global customer service and logistics organization, scaling Tesla’s vehicle delivery operation to match a five-fold increase in production volume.

Before Tesla, Miki partnered with her mother on a natural skincare venture, Pomega, where she managed marketing initiatives, including brand development and scaling of the company’s e-commerce business. She continues to serve on Pomega’s Board.

Miki has an enduring interest in leadership development. While at Stanford University, she co-founded Energy Crossroads, a non-profit aiming to activate a network of young leaders in the clean energy space. Miki led marketing and PR efforts for the first annual Energy Crossroads conference, and visited European universities to establish overseas chapters. Miki currently serves as a mentor to women in business through the Everwise network.

Miki holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Stanford University. She earned a certificate from the Summer Institute for General Management at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, where she received the Distinguished Dean’s Award.
